My Story
My career has been built on one core principle: helping businesses make better decisions through clarity, accuracy, and trusted insight.
Over the years, I have developed a diverse professional background that spans business intelligence, financial operations, payroll, credit control, and business administration. This breadth of experience allows me to support clients not only with data analytics and reporting, but also with the financial and operational foundations that keep businesses running efficiently.
My journey began in the financial and business services environment, where I gained hands-on experience in credit control, debt counselling, financial analysis, and client advisory services. Working as a registered debt counsellor gave me deep insight into financial wellbeing, affordability assessments, and responsible financial decision-making. This experience strengthened my ability to work with numbers in a way that directly impacts people and businesses.
In addition, my experience within franchise and business operations exposed me to HR administration, payroll processing, VAT, PAYE, and other statutory submissions and reporting requirements. Managing these critical functions required precision, accountability, and a strong understanding of compliance and reporting processes. These skills continue to add value in areas such as bookkeeping support, financial reporting, and operational administration.
As my career progressed, I moved deeper into data analytics and business intelligence, where I found a natural alignment with my passion for problem solving. I have worked across financial services, retail, telecommunications, consulting, and manufacturing, building dashboards, automating reports, designing data models, and helping leadership teams turn complex data into actionable business insight.
This combination of financial background and technical BI expertise gives me a unique advantage. I understand both the numbers behind the business and the systems needed to present those numbers clearly. Whether supporting bookkeeping processes, payroll reporting, management dashboards, or advanced analytics, my focus is always on delivering solutions that create confidence and support growth.
